Idea
DAMRC is a research and development centre for advanced manufacturing technologies and materials that develops and transforms the latest knowledge into practical solutions in close collaboration with the universities for the benefit of Danish industrial companies' global competitiveness.
Capabilities
The setup of the DAMRC allows the centre to benefit from the broad span of competences within the group of DAMRC-Partners. For the DAMRC this means access to a continuously expanding knowledge and competence base. The current focus of DAMRC is within the fields of the metal working and composite industry.
Focus is amongst others on:
- The development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Development and usage of new materials, e.g. composite materials and lightweight metals.
- Test, measurement and certification in connection of critical components.
